Biography: |
Private piano lessons in my home studio. Lessons include sightreading of music, accurate note reading, hand position, rhythmic instruction, counting. There are performance opportunities, judging opportunities and competitions. I am a member of the Music Teachers National Association as well as the Georgia Music Teachers Association. I graduated from Eastman School of Music and have over 20 years of teaching experience. I enjoy working with students of all ages from 5 to 65.Teaching approach varies depending on the needs of the student, but all learn the basics of classical music after which one may branch out into other styles.
