I've been teaching piano since I turned 16 and began driving to students' homes.
My Bachelor's degree in Music Education K-12 was earned at Ball State University in 1987. My major instruments were piano and voice.
My Master of Music degree in Vocal Performance (substitute for pedagogy which was not offered) was earned at the University of South Florida in 1994.
I've been teaching piano and voice in Sarasota since 1991.
I also teach piano, voice and music appreciation at the State College of Florida. (Thus I have a background check on file, so you know you are safe.)
