I have been teaching piano for over 22 years. I've taught group piano classes for preschool to adult in Parks and Recreational programs. I also worked for BeMusical Studios before deciding to teach out of my home. I can teach beginners to Late Intermediate Students and I offer two recitals a year. I truly love teaching piano and love listening to the beautiful music that students create. My favorite method curriculum is the new Alfred's Premier Piano Series. However, I have taught out of many different methods and will tailor the lesson to the needs of the student. I like to incorporate technique, theory and games, whenever possible, into a lesson. My philosophy is that music is an essential part of the true joy of life, and learning to create that music can bring more happiness into the lives of the student.
