There she began some piano instruction out of her home.
She has also accompanied stage and recording artists, performed in churches and Christian womens Clubs and taught improvisation to church pianists. After moving to Franklin, TN in 1980, she was employed with the Music Business Dept. of Belmont University. Later she began her private teaching Studio and it quickly grew to 60 students.
Bev has served as an officer for several Music organizations in the Nashville Area, including the Nashville Piano Guild, serving as President twice and is a board member for the Nashville Piano Achievement Competition.
