Dorothy Kirkpatrick is a National Certified Teacher of Music by Music Teachers National Association; is active on the Student Affiliate Counsel of Texas Music Teachers Association; serves in the offices of President, 1st Vice President-Student Affiliate Chair and 2nd Vice President-Program Chair of Cypress Creek Music Teachers Association in Houston; has been teaching piano, music history and music theory privately since 1997.
She is a member of MTNA, TMTA, CCMTA, and National Federation of Music Clubs and offers events in all organizations to her students. Additionally there are two recitals annually, in December and May for students to perform in. Students range in age from kindergarten to adult, beginner to advanced. My goal is to foster the love of music in my students. |
